Is training delivered live or self-paced?
Live, and usually virtual. The value is in the discussion and the hands-on exercises, which is the part self-paced content cannot reproduce.
Do you tailor the curriculum?
Yes. Off-the-shelf works for certification prep. For anything aimed at your own systems and ways of working, we build the learning path around them.
Who teaches?
Practitioners who do the work. The same people who run the transformations teach the courses, so the credential comes with judgment attached.
What happens after the course?
That is the part that decides whether it worked. We coach in the flow of real delivery afterwards, because a certificate on its own changes very little.
