Abrar Hashmi

Abrar founded Agile Brains Consulting and has led it onto the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies for five consecutive years. An enterprise agile leader, transformation coach, and frequent speaker, he has guided AI, data, and digital delivery programs for enterprises and public-sector organizations nationwide. The Philadelphia Business Journal named him among its Most Admired CEOs, and EY recognized him as an Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist for Greater Philadelphia.

He has trained and coached more than 1,500 professionals on agility and technical program management, and began his career in process design and engineering, where he helped deliver multi-million-dollar programs around the world. David Mantica

David has spent more than 30 years developing empowered knowledge workers, with over 700 speaking engagements spanning product management, project management, software development, and executive leadership. He previously built a B2B training firm to $13M in revenue in seven years, and today he helps organizations equip their teams with the critical skills to work effectively in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. He is based in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Erica brings more than 30 years of program and operations experience in the learning industry, including 24 years at Global Knowledge and five years managing learning partner programs at Cprime. She keeps engagements running smoothly for our clients, from scheduling and logistics through reporting and renewals, with the precision that comes from decades of making complex training operations work. She is based in Cary, NC.

Robert Kudart

Robert Kudart

Director of Partnerships

Robert builds the relationships that make ambitious work possible. He knows how the pieces fit together across partners, platforms, and people, and brings them together so clients get a network working in their favor rather than a single supplier.

Darin Schemanski

Darin Schemanski

Talent Acquisition

Darin is a senior technical recruiter who finds the people embedded delivery depends on. He has a sharp eye for the rare mix of technical depth and client-side ease this work asks for, and he is usually the first person a future teammate meets.

Delivery

Who does the delivery.

The practitioners who sit inside client teams and do the work: programme leadership, engineering, analytics, coaching, and the training that carries it forward.

Mark Keeler

Mark Keeler

Principal Technical Program Manager

Mark runs the complex programs most people would rather not inherit. He maps the dependencies nobody else has spotted and keeps a dozen moving parts in step. A Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist, he cares more about whether the work is actually moving than whether the ceremonies are being followed.

Joel Foner

Joel Foner

Executive Coach

Joel works with leaders and teams on the communication problems sitting underneath the delivery problems. His starting position is that when communication is hard, the team is usually solving the wrong problem.

Jennifer Reynolds

Training Solution Manager

Jennifer shapes the training solutions clients actually need, matching curriculum and delivery to where a team genuinely is rather than where a course catalogue assumes it is.

Dioni Mercado

Forward Deployed Engineer

Dioni works in the middle of a client’s hardest problems and turns ambiguity into something shipped. He pairs deep technical work with an ease around stakeholders, so what gets built is what the business actually needed.

Brian Anderson

Principal Technical Program Manager

Brian keeps large programmes moving. He holds teams honest about scope, surfaces risk early rather than late, and is unusually good at getting executives and engineers to agree on what is actually happening.

Matthew Young

Forward Deployed Engineer

Matthew embeds with client teams and builds alongside them, close to the data and the decisions. He prototypes quickly, listens harder than most, and turns a rough idea into working software while it is still worth having.

Fletcher Hartshorn

Data Analytics Leader

Fletcher helps clients see their business clearly. He turns tangled data into dashboards and decisions leaders trust, with an instinct for the one number that changes the conversation.
